*-panas badan(maybe sbb cuaca gak kot)

*-sakit tekak(maybe kurang minum air)
So, kesimpulanya kene la maintain exercise ni setiap minggu, at least 1x/week pon dah ok.Tul tak ????oh lupa, aktiviti kami ditaja oleh (haha!siap ada penaja, wakakaka~):
